Tammy Castor, Owner and Head Coach

Tammy Smith Castor graduated from South Jefferson Central High School and continued her education at The University of Massachusetts, Boston.  There she earned her Master's degree in Physical Education.  Tammy taught physical education for 6 years in the Boston area to grades Kindergarten to the Eighth grade.  During that time, she also ran after school gymnastics programs, and worked at private gyms teaching.  After 12 years of the hustle and bustle of city life, Tammy decided to move back home to the country.  She ran a gymnastics program for 2 years at a local studio and then decided to open her own facility in 2006.  Tammy now has 32 years of teaching experience and still loves gymnastics just as much as she did when she was a child taking lessons herself!
